We own approximately 24 vacant acres on Highway 46 in Clear Springs. We have approx. 770 feet of frontage on Highway 46, which has a traffic count in excess of 30,000 vehicles/day.


The land is situated adjacent to the Store and More of Clear Springs self-storage facility and Burley Auctions. We are located:


  • 2.5 miles to I-35
  • 4.7 miles to downtown New Braunfels
  • 8 miles to I-10 in Seguin
  • 10.5 miles to downtown Seguin


We are interested in either leasing part or all of the land and/or doing various build-to-suit projects. The only parcels we’d consider selling are 1-2 acres on the easternmost edge.
